Stupid question, but can you check if node_modules/bootstrap/scss/bootstrap.scss exists?

I have exactly the same problem.
Downgrading to fourseven:[email protected] works. But it would be good to use the latest version, so please fix this.
I'm using Windows 10.

@sebastian-ruiz file exist. Before v4.14.2 it worked.
@tab00 downgrade is not possible anymore... only if you have a cached copy

On ubuntu 18.04 I am not having any problems. Could it be OS related?

It seems to be working on Ubuntu but not on windows 10. I'll see if I can look into it.
