A small project to create tools to speed up creating group fitness choreography for popular music.

So far

  • Collect audio analysis for the tracks in a Spotify playlist, saving the output

Next steps

  • Plot the playlist BPM to check the aerobic curve
  • Plot a breakdown of each track into 32 count / verse-chorus where possible
  • ???

Running

Needs a Spotify Developer account enabled, with OAuth credentials in a .env file and also a SPOTIFY_PLAYLIST id set in the environment.
