When I enter a valid username but an incorrect password I get the reply "auth error: incorrect password", or something like that...

can this please change to something like "either the username or password you entered was incorrect"

Can you please implement a method on the server that sends an email to a user telling them their username and giving a link to website where they can reset their password based on an input email

Currently when logging on the username is case sensitive, can the server when searching for the username either ignore case, and shall I force the username to be lowercase when they sign up (i.e. send it as lower case irrelevant of what they typed in)?
