@metafates is it correct?

Current behavior

Program crashes when encounters return or break in an unexpected place.

Required behavior

• (return Element) should interrupt execution of the nearest enclosing form (func, lambda or prog). If there is no such enclosing form then the whole program should be terminated.
• (break) should unconditionally interrupt the execution of the nearest while form. If there is no such enclosing form then the whole program should be terminated.

Those are implemented as +, -, *, /. We also need to add them as keywords to meet project requirements.

I'd like to see your implementation, I'm just learning how to do it now

It's a simple and good optimization to implement and and or as special forms, because this will allow to avoid unnecessary computations.
