ServiceBridge must create a mesosphere.servicenet.dsl.Diff from some task status updates.

With a configurable frequency, ServiceBridge should poll the Marathon API (http://marathon:8080/v2/tasks) and build an entire mesosphere.servicenet.dsl.Doc and PUT it to http://svcnet:9000/doc

A reasonable default might be 100 milliseconds.

ServiceBridge should make a request to the Mesos master to get a list of slave hostnames.

Service Bridge needs to issue an HTTP request against the Marathon API, like so:

POST http://marathon:8080/eventSubscribers?callbackUrl=http://svcbridge:9000/bridge

It would be nice to have an abstraction for scheduling periodic tasks performed by the daemon (reconciliation with Marathon's /v2/tasks endpoint, frame buffering patch sets, updating Mesos hosts, etc.)

ServiceBridge should parse the output of GET /state.json in order to extract a list of hostnames of the Mesos slave processes.

Upon receipt of a Marathon status update event, issue a PATCH request to the ServiceNet REST API.
