2. Added Proper Documentation To The Function Definitions.

9pm Sunday 29th: Saad:

1. All fucntions of my part have been implemented in the "Matrix1.cpp" file along with comments. If you feel any comments are required or some are too much feel free to make changes.
2. Couldnt find operator+ in Matrix.h so added and implemented that and its friend counterpart
3. Also im not sure about to how to implement friend functions in the cpp file so ive just done it in the .h ffile. if you know how, pls do it. thanks!

Monday 30th:

1. Functions Definitions For gets,sets,--,=,* (One Case,Planning To Add More),+=,-= Added To Matrix.cpp
2. Created .gitignore file in Problem-1 File(To Prevent settings.json To Be Committed To The Repository)
