This repository contains the codes and files used in my study as detailed in my Medium article.

Just a quick documentation of some of the files in this repository:

ge2020.ipynb contains the code for the downloading of tweets using the Tweepy API, sentiment analysis using VADER and the charts presenting the breakdown of tweet sentiments identified by BERT.

bert.ipynb contains the codes for sentiment analysis using BERT, the Twitter dataset used to fine-tune the model can be found at: https://www.kaggle.com/crowdflower/twitter-airline-sentiment
