Upload the code to an Arduino and make a SSID and PASSWORD for the WIFI network you are creating, install a led in pin 13 to GND and when you go to IPADDRESS:8888/led you will toggle the led on/off the ip is usualy 192.168.4.1. You can also connect with multiple devices.
