I notice when uninstalling the server then delete the mediabrowser3 group icons at start menu, re install back, it will not recreate the icons back to start menu.

That goes for the mbt as well.

We need to either put this in the API by default or just go ahead and have the music provider strip them when they are read. The Last.fm bios are riddled with link tags which make them unreadable in non html.

This is in ItemDetailPage.js. See ItemMediaInfo.xaml.cs in the default theme project of MBT for the algorithm that renders the content.

Use the same algorithm, but a different layout. Use a jquery mobile responsive table:

The MediaStreams columns will be:

Type - Codec - Language - Misc - Bitrate - Notes

The Misc column will vary for each stream type:

Video: Width * Height (AspectRatio) - e.g. "1920 * 1080 (16:9)"
Audio: Channelsch SampleRate - e.g. "2ch 44100"
Subtitle: Display "external file" if IsExternal is true

The notes column will also vary:

Video: AverageFramerate or RealFramerate (or nothing if both are null)
Audio: Display Default if IsDefault=true, same for is forced, e.g. "Default" or "Default, Forced", or "Forced"
Subtitle: same as audio

Make sure the entire collapsible section is hidden if the MediaStreams property is null or empty. Try to avoid any custom fonts, margins, or paddings. Use basic, minimal markup if at all possible.

The admin prompt is going to be a problem here. Need to not install pismo if doing an update as opposed to an install.

I watch it carefully, when first the server start, it completed the scan fully, then installing a plugin and restart, again the server complete the scan fully, but as you see:

what? I can not upload images any more now?

Either way, in the "Scheduled Tasks" it indicated failed for like old server build for the scan from 20 hours ago.

Really something must be done for this, this going now for the last 3 builds.

Users will be lost on this, because the server icon will display on the system tray after like 2 mins or more, at that time, they will think the server crashed, and maybe they will try to restart it to face of course windows error.

We are leaving instances of ffprobe and maybe bdinfo alive after we shut down. This is wreaking havoc with the un-install as we can't remove the directories with these things open.

I do not know where to start with this, but I write what I saw just now, after I wake up, as I let the server do refresh for People and went to sleep, now here what I saw:

1 - 2 windows error that ffmpeg is crashed, so I close them.

2 - Find on task that People indicator stay on 98%

3 - Dashboard indicated an update been done I want to restart.

4 - I thought the People scan did not finish yet (as step 2) so to be sure I click on the main menu (dashboard) and found out it done.

5 - Dashboard prompt a new plugin of coverart and need to update it.

6 - I did not update coverart, so I click on "Restart server".

Now all sort of error come up:

7 - First that windows error that the server crashed.

8 - Windows prompt a security to restart the mb3 server, I apply ok.

9 - Another windows as this:

10 - Then of course windows error that the server crashed.

The issue as I see it:

1 - Server prompt for update and do not give clear indication what the update was when asking for restart (I report that before tho).

2 - Still see ffmpeg as this related to bug no 20.

3 - Security approval for the server with windows is not working

4 - Indicated progress for tak bar stop if the server update something.

Sorry for this not good bug report, sorry I did not get the images for all these steps.

When I about to install coverart, I see the plugin build to install as build 3.9.3.0 (I know this not the last build) so it display the oldest instead of the normal as the latest build

Maybe skipping the pismo stuff on update has introduced this. Not sure but auto update does not work. The installer is failing with the generic xaml parse exception (which tells us nothing about what the real problem is).

Why does MB Server require a restart when entering MB3 Supporter Key ??

Seems a bit excessive.
