mechanochemfem's Issues

FILE COPY cannot make directory "/v0.61//include": No such file or directory.

I followed the steps mentioned on README. After installing deal.ii, Trilinos and Petsc (using spack on my Ubuntu system), I tried to install mechanoChemFEM lib

emonhossain@DESKTOP-2E69SSG:~$ git clone https://github.com/mechanoChem/mechanoChemFEM.git
emonhossain@DESKTOP-2E69SSG:~$ cd mechanoChemFEM/build/
emonhossain@DESKTOP-2E69SSG:~/mechanoChemFEM/build$ cmake CMakeLists.txt
