I get the following error trying to use nodejs::npm :

[default] [Tue, 07 Jun 2011 14:52:39 -0700] ERROR: bash[install npm - package manager for node](/tmp/vagrant-chef/cookbooks-0/nodejs/recipes/npm.rb:21:in `from_file') had an error:
"bash" "/tmp/chef-script20110607-1444-gfoe3o-0" returned 2, expected 0

I am using Vagrant to run the recipe.

Any ideas?

Just tracking drush and drupal developments as they relate to chef, and wondering whether it might be possible to host an actual drupal cookbook that depends on a separate drush cookbook. Seems you and Mark are both working on this separately?

If I knew which project was the "official" one, I'd be interested in contributing a sub-recipe for drush_make, drush_clone, and maybe some drush tools. Might be nice to have drush depend on git, and pull in the most recent version from drupalcode.org by default, but the tag attribute could be overridden if someone wanted a different version.

I've been searching drupal cookbook that just installs drupal. But the most I found out, ends on printing http://goto/this/page..../install.php.

I found your repo from this post at http://www.patrickpetit.com/2010/12/automated-delivery-of-identity-enabled_16.html

Is it done or any pointers to achieve it without any manual intervention?

I could provide a patch, but it is uncomplicated. In my local mongodb-debs/templates,

cp -r ubuntu-12.04 ubuntu-12.10

At the moment, mongdbo-debs won't find a viable candidate package and gives u, so the above will fix. Thanks for the recipe book.

It looks like the download path specified in this recipe isn't valid any longer:

0.6.0 lives at http://nodejs.org/dist/v0.6.0/node-v0.6.0.tar.gz
