boxcutter's Issues

rectangle selection does not work with two screens

Hi
I tried boxcutter on a computer with 2 monitors and the crosshair only works in one of the monitors (the one where you executed boxcutter).

Is there a way to get it to work with the second screen?
thanks
Fred

Selecting Region waits for input after it is complete

If I run boxcutter to select a rectangular region with the mouse, it still waits for an input after I have released the mouse button after dragging a rectangle around the region of interest. That means that I have to press any key or click any mouse button or move cursor to get it to complete and stop displaying the cross-hairs.

It would be preferable for the screenshot to complete the instant I release the mouse button. Is that possible?

Question

Hi,
Here I have the source code of this little piece of art, and I wonder what I have to remove on it for avoid its displayed on the taskbar while it's drawing the rectangle for the screenshot? And also, what do I need to compile it to exe?
Cheers.

error: expected 4 comma separated integers

It's probably something obvious, but why doesn't this work? ./boxcutter.exe -c 2,3,4,5 a.bmp

I tried a bunch of different numbers for coords, and also --coords, but it won't accept it.

Unable to save screenshot - boxcutter

Sometimes boxcutter is unable to save screenshot. It causes the job to go on toss as the modal stays open on the screen.
Please see this issue as much information is not available on google.
