Make allocator API similar to what we did with the Tape API; a single allocation function with modes.

IArrayDescriptor::get_subdescriptor() should probably include pointer + index so that union+enum pairs can work inside of arrays

TBufferredFileTape crashes in some cases. Will try to create a test case in 'Lib/Tape/BufferedFileTape'...

What the title says, basically. Right now, most tapes only support one mode of operations anyways.

No point in having Raw if it's basically a template specialization of Slice. So remove that.

Right now, Slice includes Array.h and provides overloaded functions to convert objects to slices. We should be able to simply cast array's to slices.

So, we need to make Array.h include Slice.h and provide casting functions there

Make Arena block header contain both the prev and next memory block pointers, so that we can add a reset method. Additionally make SAVE_ARENA account for multiple arena blocks.
