Need to add SummaryFxns code that outputs each PM for every simulation, so you can look at correlations between PMs (and therefore remove some of them). E.g., see if mean biomass correlated to avg length of bonanzas.

Note to self to match colors to HCRS in Zeh plots and make sure factor order is correct/matches scenario table.

Currently, the way recruitment deviations are scaled will lead to a difference in the standard deviation between ff types. It should be modified (adding the diff between the mean and each value?) so that the SD is the same across all of them. I don't think it will change all the outcomes, but it is the statistically rigorous thing to do!

The number of years below predator threshold are unexpectedly low for estimators with delayed detection of peaks/collapses. Need to check thresholds, individual time series (SummaryFxns.R)
