lately i have been placing all the resources in the active column on the right rather than leaving the ones i don't need currently in the available resource packs side. However with the Rohan 2.2 resource, it effects textures for other resources. Images for examples-
(EDIT- Sorry i kind of rushed what i had previously written and i just noticed it made little sense).

All our current texturepacks use a textured wool to represent hay.
Now with 1.6, and a new block which is actually hay, we should free up the used wool block and copy over our hay texture to the new Minecraft hay block.

This would require some updating all over the place though.

Iron hinges - too black and not shaded/noised at-all. Look like they're drawn on with a thick black marker or something (interesting design though).

Door - not shaded at-all. Could use a little shadow towards the base of the door, and slight shadows under the hinges.

Comparison between Eriador's doors and Rohan's:

Furnaces in Rohan are too fancy. They should be changed, I believe, to the Eriador texture or just the base stone without the red, gold, and blue gems.

Rohan cauldrens don't show water in them.

1.02 has a few gray pixels which make it really bothersome to look because in areas with lots of wheat, you clearly see the repeating pattern. Not sure if it is supposed to be there?

The side texture of mycelium (but not bottom) is the old dirt texture.

The issue:

This can be solved 2 ways.

1. Simply texture them with a green overlay so they are colored as Rohan grass is now.
   or
2. Give Rohan a proper biome pallete. As it stands, Rohan is the most outdates of our packs. It was made when biomes were calculated in the client based on the seed, so there was no way to change them. Since Minecraft 1.2 we have been able to change biomes.

Personally, I would like to go with option 2, but this may cause quite a bit of work to make sure biomes are set properly. We will, however, be able to have much more diverse and interesting terrain in Rohan.
