I have an RS305P (another clone rebrand) and I think some functions is used for this:

C.Err / C.crc - firmware controls for the Serial/USB port (they are also mentioned in the Modbus manual in PDF, present on the cd that arrived to me)

In the function table, the one you described as "OUR", I see it as "OUT", it is the default state in which the outputs of the power supply should turn on at the press of the mechanical button (tested! :) ).

The abbreviation UoAo I think can be interpreted as VoAo (Volt out | Ampere out), but I don't know what it refers to

OTP should be the temperature control (?? "Over Temperature Protection" ??), since this power supply provides this function and I think it is the parameter of the ignition degrees for starting the fans...
...or the waiting time to autostart when OUT parameter si set to "on"

For SF I think it could be something related to the short circuit (?? SF = Short Function??)

for the PUL parameter I have no ideas, but considering that the manufacturer speaks of "power protection", I think it is possible that it is a threshold parameter for the intervention on watts delivered

Last parameter "S", in my case it is read-only and indicates "S - 1", could be the firmware version in the power supply bios?
