insertSizePlot error at initialization: argument is of length zero

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Comment out current fix in server.R insertSizePlot
  2. Start app
  3. Navigate to insert size tab

how to install it and where is the guide

when I try to install.packages("sumsamstats"), but it shows warnings "package ‘sumsamstats’ is not available (for R version 3.5.1)" , and I did not found the package in bioconductor, and I did not find any guide file.
