Bug: Quote naming is flaky

The quote naming form behaves improperly, though behaviour seems to vary. The two misbehaviours I've witnessed are:

  1. The dialogue seems to function but will not save your entry on the first try.
  2. The dialogue flickers open then closes immediately (noticing this exclusively on recent beta Firefoxes).

Emotes do not linebreak correctly
