For BH1750_*_HIGH_RES_MODE_2, the results are twice as large as they should be.

Need to add ways to calibrate by adjusting MTreg. Changing MTreg should also adjust the delay.

On startup, if the BH1750 is somehow in power-down mode, the library can't recover. The only command valid in power-off mode is power-up; all other commands are ignored. Initialization should power up, reset, and then set initial mode.

There's no safe way to run the BH1750 in a single-shot (non-continuous) measurement state, without putting knowledge of the BH1750 into your own code. The built-in readLightLevel() only returns the current register value. If using single shot, you need to configure and then delay long enough for data to become ready. No way to know how long this might be.

v2.0.0 is needed because the corrections for #4 mean that this version of the library is not API compatible with the previous library.
