Primary key is set to name in postgis database.
Database needs to be truncate for each run.
This behaviour is not acceptable.
Create globalid for each entry and set as primary key.

• add postgis to docker compose file
• add flask app to docker compose file

How to reproduce:

• connect the database to PostGIS
• check layer properties

Description:

The layer does not have a correct coordinate system.
The layer properties show the coordinate system in the metadata, but not in the CRS Section.

• use asyncio for requesting data from geoapify (can only request 5/s)
• use celery to move task to background worker
• be more vocal about the processing steps (loading screen / logging)

• create basic flask app
• upload file, check file extension
• folium web app result

API Requests in the background only allow for 5 request/ second. That increases the processing time significantly.

Add a loading screen.

• geocode HQ adress with geoapify
• request closest point from PostGIS
• display closest point in folium map

Automated testing.

• write unittest for functions
• set up github actions for automated testing

Entries that cannot be properly geocoded are displayed in the log, but the user gets no visual output.
