There are not many guides regarding the use of this so I would like to know "is a cmd login still enough to avoid inactivity?". I lost several files recently so I'd like to be sure.

Hello first i have to thank you for your work on this program,

second is there a way to run this program form the command line with parameters in cmd like:
megakeep "login:password.txt directory"

so that u can write .bat file and megakeep will run in the background, every now and then and u don't have to press "run" so u can set it in windows auto start and forget about it completely?
this way if megacmd is also required to run i can write .bat file:

start megacmd
delay
start megakeep "TXT directory"

put it in autostart and forever forget almost :P

Do you think it would be possible to port this to GNU/Linux?

Sometimes Works For A Little While, Now Im Getting Unable To Logout Errors On Every Account
this program is in dire need of a update, it shouldnt just stop after 9 logout errors, it should restart itself on logout errors, and then go to the next account on the list, this program has always been finicky but now it's unusable, please update this, i dont want to manually log into 400 mega accounts every 3 months, that will mess with my sanity!

this has a problem when the password includes (:) , the program will not know what or where is the separator, i know a way to fix it could be changing the password but, could you add a way to know the difference between the password sign and the separator?

stops working after first 10 logins

restarting it, with same account list, it says 'already logged in' for the first account in the list
after that it works up to the 10th account, as before, and stops

tried various account lists with same result

Megakeep have recently started to crash for me. 'Unable to log out'
I guess Mega changed something...

first line the mega account adress
second line:: user:pass password

After download mega cmd and the files the cmd is not accepting the commands given in command line neither reading the txt file

This started as a question of how to start, but soon I managed to figure it out

What you have to do is to go to Releases and download the latest MegaKeep.exe.

Is it possible to have an extension written in to print the file list tree for each account to a single txt file using the command

mega-find / > file-list.txt

can the devs or the contributors please check and fix megakeep , this tool is incredibly valuable to me, please look into it, thank you for your time and efforts!

Using the latest version of megakeep and MEGAcmd on both Win 7 and Win 10 machines I'm having issues using the app. MegaKeep seems to do fine sometimes while logging in but then seems to hang when trying to log out and seems to be stuck.

Only solution is to restart remove the emails that it hangs on and then run again. The problem doesn't seem to be with the email/passwords because it does in fact login, just seems to hang on logout, I confirmed this because I tried to rearrange the username/passwords and it worked fine on those logins and hangs again on other ones. However it seems completely arbitrary from my end on what causes it to hang. It's not like it does 6 logins and then fails each time. It is entirely random. Sometimes 3, sometimes 8, sometimes 15, etc...

it doesnot login just userintrace alone working.. just tested with fake login and credentials it showing logged in and logged out in that fake credentials ....

There appears to be a problem logging in when you have a lot of storage.

I can send you an account that has the issue so you can look into it.

Sorry to bother, I can't find any exe file in the folder, do i need to compile or download additional stuff like visual studio to run it?
UPDATE: sorry, I found the releases section with the exe, closing issue.

however, the current version won't run on a Win10 machine with no-admin rights :
on a college-machine with restricted user rights (no cmd line access, a bulk of ugly useless av crap installed on that vm/thin-client, nor, of course, admin rights granted, etc)

ur neat app won't work (before one could unpack bits & pieces, move them abouts accordingly, to make it work -- for the first 10-Acc's)

it would be very nice indeed, if -- as Win-folks apparently call it in their universe -- there would be a 'portable Version' that would allow for custom install ?
