I can't upload a map without it being stuck in the loading phase and then becoming unresponsive. I tried making the image significantly smaller but that didn't seem to help. Both images are under the 16384×16384 pixels limit.

how to recreate the problem -
solution to the problem:
Emit signal when the button is pressed to open wiki editor.
Map comment by itself works fine, but I think It can be improved by making the text show up upon hovering the mouse over the button
I cannot place other windows, for example Discord, over the World Maker window, in order to see other windows I have to close or minimize the program.
I'm on a Windows 10 computer and my system stats are:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
8 gigabytes of ram.
64 bit operating system.
Describe the bug
Map wiki reader doesn't work.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
A Wiki reader should slide up in the left hand side
Additional context
The wiki reader is originally set to not show up in case the map wiki is null or empty
Describe the bug
I'm not clear on if this is a bug or intentional ( Wonderdraft is also a GPU hog, but they have a specific reason related to coastline generation ), but booting this app brings my GPU to 100% allocation. Notably, I'm using an AMD GPU. I understand you've only tested with NVIDIA.

The UI for Map pin template creator is rubbish and doesn't work properly.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A new UI needs to be implemented to make the Map Pin Template Creator easier to use and less buggy.
Additional context

Cause:
Godot handle inputs in a order of _Input > gui_input > unhandled_input > area2D_input.
For some reason the area2D mouse_enter
and mouse_exit
doesn't work properly in godot. Which is used to handle the mouse input on the map pin.
This is most likely cause of the glitchy behaviour.
Describe the bug
The users are able to add pin and delete map even when there is no map
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
These options should be disabled
Describe the bug
A cyclic error occurs when linking a map via linked map pin properties. This happens when the Map has a pin that tries to load itself which confuses the engine. More explanation :- Video by Godot tutorial explaining this. Apparently it only happens when loading something. The already cached will work normally without any error.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Expected behaviour
The app should just open normally and does not cause any error

There is no way to link one map with other map
Describe the solution you'd like
A way to link map need to be added that let user jump between map using the pin
Additional context
The UI is already there and only thing left is to add code
There are no unit tests for testing the scripts and functionality of the world maker. This is a fatal flaw in the development and this can result in future problems. Thus, Unit testing needs to be started as soon as possible.
This thread will be updated as new test are added for the old code.

After tinkering around with Godot 4.0_rc_5. I think I should start shifting the project to latest versions of Godot.
Describe the bug
When opening the program, it opens in the top left corner, slightly off-screen, and is unable to be dragged or resized. When changing the high DPI scaling override to be handled by the application, the program is sized properly, however the UI is too small.
To Reproduce
Open the program with a 3840x2160 resolution device.
Expected behavior
The program to open properly sized and/or an option of some kind to resize UI elements.
