高德地图于2014-03-11发布了Android SDK（2D栅格）和Android SDK（3D矢量）的V2.2.0 版本，增加了自定义图块图层，开发者可以制作瓦片图层并在高德地图上加载，可以较为方便的做个性化的地图服务类应用。可以详见类TileOverlay。但官方提供的sdk中只提供了URLTileProvider，只适用于远程瓦块图层加载。如果开发需求是可离线加载自定义瓦块图层或者是更为快速的加载瓦块，我们需要加载本地瓦块文件我们则需要重写TileProvider。这个项目正是本地瓦块文件加载的一个封装装实现。
