Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

  gem 'jpicker-rails'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install jPicker-rails

Require jpicker in application.js:

//= require jpicker

And do the same in application.css

/*
*= require jpicker
*/
