Varibles no longer prefixed with $ about bootstrap-stylus HOT 5 CLOSED

I removed the prefixes because I thought it would be best to be pure clean Stylus. The $ is more of a leftover from conversion from the Sass version.

I suggest when upgrading to simply strip away all $ from your existing Stylus files.

$ is a common convention. It removes ambiguity between function, mixin, and variable. Also, to future-proof this codebase for Stylus 1.0 in the future, we should keep 'em around: https://github.com/LearnBoost/stylus/wiki/1.0.0#what-to-change-in-syntax
