Matteo Merola

I lead engineering teams at IKEA's main franchisee, Ingka.

I run SaaS Koala, a company creating products that help people and businesses succeed. Products like ZenLeadr, the toolkit designed for engineering managers and leaders.

Previously, I was an Engineering Lead at Shell, where I was leading +40 engineers building the operating system for the trade and supply business. Before that, I was a tech lead at KLM, working on turning airline operations into a competitive advantage (watch ↗).

I've also started a digital company, led the development team in an edutech startup, wrote open source software and collaborated with many companies in areas such as fintech, and greentech.

I occasionally write articles and sometimes I tweet.

Support for drafts

It could be nice to support drafts editing and publishing (2016-11-11_post-title.draft.md could be an idea...)

Create plugin architecture

Cause everybody has different needs... So different plugins (all of them must be self-contained, pluggable, composer installable)

Support categories

Could be nice to have a categorization made with folders on the filesystem (posts/football/2016-11-11_serie-a.md).
Retrieval of all the content under a specific folder/category should be supported.

Users' pages

Retrieval of user's profile file from somewhere on the filesystem (still have to think about where).

Support tags

It involves the retrieval of content related to a tag
