Biotype missing (Folsomia project)
In the QoRTs output, biotype is missing. This is because the GTF used for annotations (Ensembl version) does not include the biotype tag. Need to rebuild the GTF to fix this I think.
Optimize read length input for QoRTs (Folsomia project)
Regarding the RNAseq pipeline for Folsomia candida...
Ion Torrent data tends to be variable in length. It would be useful to determine the length of the longest read in a dataset, and set that as the limit in QoRTs - otherwise it will throw an error and crash (if longest read exceeds hard limit), or graphs will look terrible because they are set to an absurd length.
