Button clips don't work well, needs re-designing
The button should clip into the base, but also needs to be fixed well so they don't pop out when pressed. Temp fix is glue, but I don't want any glued in parts.
Maybe a screw fixing or bracket..
Config mode - alarm settings

Rotary encoder dial on back
Have a rotary dial on the back which can be used to set the time and maybe scroll through other features or settings.
Looking at using this

Fit is going to be tight and may need re-wiring the Pico from below.
Set time when offline
If we can't get a wifi connection need a way to set the time. A rotary dial on the back, use switches ...
Implement the snooze feature to repeat the alarm after 5 minutes - visual indicator
Hold both buttons to enter config mode
Config mode - manual time set
