I am loving this code and find it extremely useful however I am unable to link to an anchor point from page A that exists on page B. The link from page A will simply link to page B and not jump to the anchor point.

Example:
Page A link: https://example.com/hello-world/#anchor

Opens page B url: https://example.com/hello-world/#anchor
^ but does not scroll to #anchor

1. In my page is code <base target="_blank"> to all links open in a new window. I want to TOC link opened in the current window, and links to everything else in the new window. What I should do?
2. Is it possible to somehow add to the TOC markers or numbers, as in conventional marked or numbered list?
3. Is it possible to connect to the links in the TOC fonts via Cufón?
