Git pull failing due to large files

are you able to provide the files for download via WeTransfer or another method
Git Pull is failing due to the large FBX and Point Clouds, and i seems to be complaining about paying for Git-LFS bandwith.

it is returning --
This repository is over its data quota. Account responsible for LFS bandwidth should purchase more data packs to restore access.

how to convert ply to asset?

can you tell me how did you convert ply file to asset?
I download point cloud data file from sketchfab.
The file is in ply format, but your point data is only accept asset file or mesh.
can you tell me how to convert ply file to mesh or asset file.
