1. Attempt to open the attached file with Spore Master
2. Attempt to unpack the attached file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is unpacking of the package
Instead, the new Throw Exeception is that property file is out of order

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SporeMaster 2.0 beta on Windows 7 x64

It would be nice to comment out or remove this exception and handle this 
exception and continue unpacking - the package is correct.


This exception prevents unpacking of some mods.

Ошибка при распаковке и упаковке .package 
файла. запятая в float является в тоже время и 
разделительной запятой при упаковке, 
поэтому происходила ошибка "Bounding box vector value 
formatted incorrectly.".
