Upon pressing continue, if there are errors, the button should become red.

The numbers being auto-filled for property value when you enter an address are wrong in the HEL form (or are inaccurate looking because of the wrong usage of commas vs periods)

Shouldn't be getting yelled at when I'm in the middle of typing my email.

When the fields are off screen, it's not clear why you can't continue, it just doesn't work. Scrolling back up manually reveals that there are errors

Selection dropdowns on all forms are missing a down arrow, and are styled like a text field before clicked

This slider doesn't seem to do anything when used on the HEL form.

Will also verify results as we get the other forms going.

When continuing, the pages don't reset to the top, so when the screen is too short, it appears that nothing has changed when continue is pressed.

For these items, we should not be showing $0. Those aren't options, but you're allowed to continue because there's a value.

$0 could work for condo fees, etc, because they can be $0, but not here.
