What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Plug it in. No lights
2. Unplug/Replug
3. Repeat as necessary

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No lights, none of the buttons seem to respond to PPJOy config, or running 
Mechwarrior 4 when it's running.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run runSteelBatallion
2. Open Simple.cs
3. Click Start

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should see five flashes and be able to use the controller. Instead, I see 
four flashes with the fourth illumination remaining on constantly, until I 
unplug the controller.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using 2.0.0 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64.

I have carefully followed the installation instructions. Device shows installed 
in device manager and working correctly. However, when looking at the test tab 
for the controller, all axis show correctly for a second, then only Z shows 
correctly. This is as far as I have succeeded in the process.

1.changed rightjoyfire to several virtual keys
2.sol exodus always reports the button as enter

should see the trigger register as whatever vk i assign, always outputs to 
enter.

1.0.1, win 7 enterprise x64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Steel Battalion controller plugged in through USB 
2. Double Click Steel_Batallion_64-MW4.exe
3. Controller lights up once, stays lit, program becomes unresponsive

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program becomes unresponsive, controllers stay lit up. Controller should flash 
5 times and be usable

Version 1.0.1 of the program, Windows 7 Ultimate 64

Not sure what else i can say. Followed your instructions for installation, 
program worked once after multiple attempts at running the exe. Havent been 
able to get it to run again since
