The only buttons that work properly are things like the direction keys, enter, 
and space.  Any of the letters, numbers, or other symbols will not function at 
all, regardless of what button is assigned to them in settings.

The button presses are registered properly in settings, they just don't work to 
play with.

1.  Go to "load rom", and click on .smc file to open game
2. "loading" and "file clicked: gamename.smc" appear.
3. The app go back to the starting menu.

Game should load normally, and it did until now. But no matter what rom I try 
to load, it fails and go back to the app menu.

Snesdroid has worked fine until now. Even after updating the os to 4.0.3, just 
a few days ago.

1. change to portrait mode
2. try changing input settings for buttons

controls are placed strangely when entering portrait. if you try to modify them 
in input settings, it makes you customize the landscape settings instead of the 
portrait ones.

2. Press start twice to jump to bypass the introductions.
3. Press start to load a New Game.

I re-downloaded the ROM from emuparadise and got the same results. I've played 
this game before on other emulators including the PC version of SNES9x, and it 
worked fine.

The expected output is that the screen will shift right and allow the player to 
change the character order, and although it works, the graphics when the screen 
shifts go haywire, see attachment.

The 'order' bar gets pasted on top of the image, and the edge of the previous 
frame is run to the right. I think that the image layers are getting posted in 
the wrong order or something, I also don't know if that's a ROM or an emulator 
issue. If it's emulator, then certainly other people are experiencing this on 
games that have similar menu setups.

I expect that the keys from the keyboard are triggering the gamepad controls, 
but there won't happen anything except for the arrow keys working as dpad. 
Tried several different key mappings, none work.

SNESDroid 1.2 on Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N with Android 3.2. Additionally a 
hardware keyboard dock (ECR-K14D) is connected.

The onscreen keyboard never shows up in the game. If I go back to the SNESDroid 
Menu and trigger the onscreen-keyboard-button on the hardware keyboard, it 
shows up but doesn't work. None of the keypresses are notified by SNESDroid, 
neither virtual onscreen keyboard nor hardware keyboard.
The hardware keyboard uses Samsung keyboard as android input method. In the 
settings dialog, it works and I can configure corresponding keys to the gamepad 
controls. Keycodes are shown when I press a key in the configuration dialog.

This error probably applies to all Galaxy Tab 10.1 and 8.9 series tablets, as 
they feature nearly identical system and hardware.

Two other SNES and NES emulators work flawlessly with the keyboard, so it seems 
not to be a problem with the tablet itself.

I used this app all the time a few months ago and it worked great.  I have the 
Roms in the appropriate directory but all the sudden they won't load.  Tried 
changing settings around but nothing works.  Every time it just goes back to 
the home screen of the emulator.  I'm running the latest version of OS on 
Samsung nexus.  It recently updated from ICS to jellyan.

I've had this happen while playing Chrono Trigger but it's possibly the case in 
other games as well. Here is how it works:
1. Use save state.
2. Advance in the game without renewing your save state.
3. Accidentally load your old save state.
4. Close the emulator.

The result was to have my progressed save game REPLACED by the save game I had 
at the time of the save state.

I experienced this on the mobile port of snex9xnext (SNESDroid 1.4.2). I am not 
sure if it only depends on the port or is a problem of the root software.

GAme running and payable. A blank screen with no sound except a small note at

This seems to happen the most on secret of evermore when entering new and 
previous areas and happens randomly but often, also try skipping cut scenes by 
fast forwarding that seems to make the glitch work

No way to properly customize touch control layout in portrait mode. Buttons can 
only be moved in landscape mode and are are all over the place when switched to

I have the latest update of the SNESDroid app from Google Play and it is 
fantastic except for one little issue: my "n" button on my rooted Nook Color 
serves as my only "home/back" button, but it doesn't work once I load a ROM. 
The only way for me to exit the rom is to restart my device. 

Is there any support for Moga controller and how to make it work with these 
emulators? It does not seem possible to get them to function at all together. 

I am running on ICS on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 with the latest update of 
SNESDROID.

Should set the directory for the currently selected type of files (SRAM, 
Savestates, etc.)
