Since the current library is no longer maintained, this project should be switched to use https://docs.pycord.dev/en/master/

Currently, there is no way to see what is currently on the blacklist except connecting directly to the database.

There should be a command to check this.

Instead of contacting Redis on every single message, we should load the current filter into memory and only refresh when something changes.

Instead of compiling regex on every single message, the bot should compile the required regex when starting.

Currently, it's not possible to moderate links due to how hushbot filters text.
