COMMANDS-

1. ^cat - returns image or gif of cat
2. ^dog - returns image of dog along with name and traits
3. ^monkey or ^monkey spooky - returns image of a monkey
4. ^joke - returns a joke or pun
5. ^chuck - returns a chuck norris pun or joke
6. ^meme - returns a meme scrapped from top reddit memes
7. ^speak - returns either MEOW or WOOF and also tts' it
8. ^trump - returns a stupid thing trump has said in the past
9. ^ascii insert text here - converts text to ascii
