I like this logging framework, it is header-only and tiny,
could you make it also thread safe? (Optionally)

Thank you for your nice piece of code!
A little comment: I enable most of the warnings on Windows & Linux and clue catches a C4996 warning due to localtime.
It would be much appreciated if you could add a pragma to your code to disable 4996 and make it compile with all warnings enabled.

clue supports only one destination,
but log to file and duplicate to console is more-or-less typical
