I fixed this by removing the borders from my Aseprite canvas. They got automatically added when I flipped a large selection. If you have "Trim content outside canvas" checked, it will clean up the edges for you. It seems cel.RawPixelData[celDataIndex].GetColor(); tries to get data that's outside the canvas.

There is still an error when layers have data out of the range of the image. Fix to that is coming.
