Figure out why MariaDB 10.1 does not allow access when trying to create the db's from the config file

@martingeorg As the title suggest: create a functionality to start automatically with OS start

.. and only the menu needs to be shown

the condition does not use the config value for maximum lines

For some reason, the commands do not work for -u tmpfs - however, if I use -u root, then all works as described.

Not sure what needs to be changed; but this project is really useful for testing!

@martingeorg Provide the user with errors, based on the error source(eg. permissions, DB related, etc)

update the docs for the new features, create a change-log with the release messages

I'm running Ubuntu and when I try to access using localhost it fails, while using 0.0.0.0 or 127.0.0.1 works fine

> mysql -u tmpfs --port=3344 --host=localhost --password=drowssap

> ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'tmpfs'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

while

mysql -u tmpfs --port=3344 --host=0.0.0.0 --password=drowssap works just fine. I tried in a fresh Ubuntu install too, in order to check if it was something on my end, but it failed still.

the server fails to start when using Linux mint ,the log doesn't show why
