Description

Video streams proxied through the server cannot be seeked through. They can only play from start to finish with no skipping around.

Expected behavior

The streams should be able to be seeked through in a video player.

Proposed solution

Implement the range header properly and only return chunks of bytes up to a certain point before forcing the video player to send another request with a new byte range.

Description:

When unqlite is used (it is the default db option) in linux with the CI builds, there is a seg fault. This could be an issue with the build configuration in the CI or something else.

Workaround (for now):

--no-cache seems to get it working if you can't use mongodb, but custom playlists won't work because they require being loaded into the db.
