To reproduce:

1. Create an abstract super class that has a CharcoalTextView with @charcoal annotation
2. Within the the super's onCreate(Bundle) call CharcoalBinder.burn(this);
3. Perform action on CharcoalTextView within a sub class extending the above super class
4. CharcoalTextView will not convert successfully, with error "CharcoalTextView not initialized. Displaying as plain number...". It seems to attempt to use the SubClass as the target rather the Super abstract class. This happens even if in the super you do CharcoalBinder.burn(SuperClassName.this);
