hi!!!! i'm mari(butt)

i write plugins for ff14 as a hobby!
am self-taught so constantly finding new ways to ~~write better code~~ be less stupid ^_^

my main two babies are auto-umbrella+ and fpslimiter

both are in a pretty stable state right now although fpslimiter is the first plugin I ever wrote before knowing anything about reverse engineering so it's a lil scuffed but works well (enough)!

i also add little features to simpletweaks and yesalready sometimes but never pull request them but feel free to check them out too!!

Background FPS limiter doesn't work when foreground limiter is off

As a workaround I've put the foreground limiter to 999 FPS but it's still good to be fixed, thanks!

[Feature Request] API for other plugins to temporary disable fps limiter

Would it be possible to get an API for other plugins to temporary disable fpslimiter while running?
AutoRetainer said they would add support if you added IPC for it

[feature request] Enabled in character selection

Would it be possible to have the plugin loaded in character selection? I often keep it in character selection while waiting on retainers etc.
Would be great if your plugin could be loaded there too. I don't need 60fps there wasting resources. At least the BG option?

Installer error

Failed to install plugin FPSLimiter after installing https://raw.githubusercontent.com/maributt/xivplugins/main/repo.json into my custom plugin repository. Restarting the game did not solve this issue.

Plugin fails to install

Whenever I try to install the plugin through the Plugin Installer, it gives me a "Failed to Install" error with no other information.
