Dear Team

I have installed the necessary dependencies to run the OptMAVEn_2.0 code in a separate conda environment. When running the OptMAVEn_2.0 code as instructed, I get the following error:

/home/XXX/OptMAVEn-2.0/experiments/Ab_design_v1/.temp/Ab_design_v1_uaQ82A.sh: 1: /home/XXX/OptMAVEn-2.0/experiments/Ab_design_v1/.temp/Ab_design_v1_uaQ82A.sh: qsub: not found

I am not able to figure out what error this is and how to resolve it. Is it based on the code or is there some issue in my system? I have supplied the antigen PDB and the epitope residues as instructed by the program. Any pointers to resolving this would be really helpful to proceed further.
