Hi @maraf,

I really like the idea of this application clean and simple.
May I ask instead of using the standard login and register functionality why not use Azure Active Directory B2C .

• Stored users—Users stored in the Azure AD B2C directory; and
• Authentications—Tokens issued either in response to a sign-in request initiated by a user, or initiated by an application on behalf of a user (e.g. token refresh, where the refresh interval is configurable).

and the first 50000 users are free.

Option to define max size of all files for a profile.

Remove account from login URL. Just simply /login.

Current dotnet FileUpload.Web.UI.dll required .NET SDK.
Replace it with directly starting the native executable ./FileUpload.Web.UI.

• Make a "index" more like a file system browser.
• Move super simple file upload to /upload URL.
• Remove /browse from #13.
• Use css classes on body element to mark upload feature availability.

In current implementation in the FileService.cs, a file stream is created only with FileMode.Open.
But this requires a write permission for the current process.

Instead use a ctor FileStream(string path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share).

Add appsettings property IsDownloadEnabled.

• Include app build in dockerfile.
• Include basic production appsettings.
• Linux arm image.
• Try to create multi arch image. Moved to #41.

Add configuration option to backup file before it's being overriden.

• Default by name.
• Integrate some sorting plugin.
• Store last sorting in cookie/local storage.

Currently. after upload you need to reload the page to see files in list.

Better view for mobile.

Should be on configuration or for logged in users.

Currently if anything fails during upload, we know nothing.
