Adding this deprecation warning mapnik/mapnik@0bfb7ba uncovered that a few of the tests need updated.

Maintaining 3.0.x branch
As of 9caf29e the master branch of test-data-visual as diverged and contains changes that will only pass against mapnik master (future 3.1.x) and not the mapnik stable 3.0.x series branch. So let's start maintaining a 3.0.x branch of test data here to ensure we keep the 3.0.x branch of mapnik able to point at a stable series of expected test data.
