Make sure that the library we're building is installable and copies the headers to the specified installation prefix.

Once we have #3, we should run the tests automatically on Travis. Add a sample .travis.yml file that sets up the C++14/CMake3 environment.

Add a script that copies all files in the template directory and changes PROJECT_NAME to the supplied library name.

We only set a minimum of default flags; we could add better defaults.

Add a small test runner, e.g. Catch and sample test cases.
