1、小白(Sibbay)

小白是一个基于"众"的形式进行建立并运行的组织。其目标是以大众的医疗健康数据造福大众。
我们希望探索一种基于有偿服务的社区组织模式。小白是一个采用众和方式推动的青色组织。

以尊重和信任为基础，自主参与为形式，公正回报为机制，以实现高效、可持续、可预期的商业目标的众人和合形式。

2、小白价值观

  • 尊重、信任；
  • 严格的执行标准；
  • 协作；
  • 考虑周全，为协作提供便利；
  • 当你没有时间时，请告诉大家；
  • 强制要求安全性；

3、issue就是一切

凡没有在 issue 中记录的，都没有发生。

4、合格参与者

  • 个人，不得是组织、团队
  • 赞同小白众和的理念和价值观，并愿为小白的事业做出贡献
  • github 账号创建时间超过 6 个月

7、管理模式

采取 MGM(Meritocratic Governance Model) 采取 apache 的精英治理模型，细则另定。
