Hey Manoj,

I used your files (PCB and code) to make this sweet project. Everything turned out great, but one little problem... The Iron temp never changes from 25C. I have tried two different irons and get the same. If I click ON, it displays, "HEATING" and the percentage changes from 0% to 100% almost immediately and the it heats to almost 520C by my thermometer.

I am using your PCB. I didn't have it printed, I made it myself. The iron reads 50 Ohms when cold. I have double checked all of the connections and the code "modified.ino" loads fine, no mods.

Do you have any suggestions on where to look?

I did notice one thing and it might mean nothing, when there is no iron connected, the temp reads at about 348C.

I've been trying to compile the sketch for a long time "
Modified.ino "(for display 1602) with the following arduino IDE version:
1.6.2
1.6.3
1.8.8 IDE
but the code gives me a compilation error.
You can help me??

I think there was a mistake in your eagle PCB board.

the 5-volt positive input in the PCB is grounded and did not connect to anything.
