In this code review I will review your code based on these design patterns:

• Singleton
• Strategy
• Polymorphism
• Observer

Singleton
You've correctly implemented singletons in your game. The game.ts and gameStateManager are both correct singletons.

Strategy
The GameStateManager can have a different GameState. You have states for Pausing, Playing, Initializing and Over (ending) the game. I think this approach to handling different game states is very nicely done and I will probably also try to implement it in my game eventually.

Polymorphism
There are a lot of classes in your source code which extend a bunch of other classes including abstract classes and interfaces. This makes everything very organized and easier to understand your code. You also use getters and setters which is very clean of you. :)

Observer
You have not yet implemented the observer pattern.
