Move from centos:8 to ubi8?

Can we move the image build from centos:8 to one of the ubi8s? ideally ubi8-minimal would be the best, I think, to keep the container size down. Right now the container is 800MB, which in turn makes the appliances something like 1.5-1.7GB.

Error enabling services for UCI appliance image

Noticed errors enabling services in %post section:

19:43:33,580 INFO anaconda:program: + systemctl enable memcached
19:43:33,580 INFO anaconda:program: Failed to enable unit, unit memcached.service does not exist.
19:43:33,581 INFO anaconda:program: + systemctl enable network
19:43:33,581 INFO anaconda:program: Failed to enable unit, unit network.service does not exist.

Don't know if you need either one of them. Please take a look and adjust kickstart file as needed. The build continues even with those errors, so not urgent.
